The CCES 21st Century After School Learning Center is designed for elementary school students and their families. The program provides academic assistance, enriching learning experiences, positive social interactions and recreational activities in a safe, healthy environment during out–of–school hours. The Learning Center is funded through a federal grant that is run by the Kentucky Department of Education.
Program Hours of Operation
Before School:
Weekdays 6:30 – 7:00 AM- Homework Help and Computers
After School:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 2:45 – 5:15 PM. An Enrollment Form is available for students who are referred by their classroom teacher. This form must be signed by the parent as permission to attend. Students will be offered a nutritional supper meal each day at 2:45 PM and a snack at 5:05 PM.
Current Programming
This year we are accepting a limited number of applications to attend our after school program in accordance with our grant requirements & COVID guidelines as we strive to provide 1 teacher for every 15 students, in a safe, healthy environment.
